Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 31.05.2025):
- Maximum Age: 35 years
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation with minimum 60% marks in B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE, OR
- Post-Graduation with minimum 50% marks in MCA/M.Tech (CS/IT)
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in:
- Scheduled Commercial Banks / All India Financial Institutions
- System Integrators / BFSI Service Providers
Key Technical Skills Required:
- Mandatory: Finacle Core v10/v11, scripting, and customization
- Finacle Integrator (FI) inbound/outbound, Oracle DBMS, Jasper/SSRS reports
- APIs, Finacle architecture, payment systems (SWIFT, RTGS, NEFT), and more
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Finacle Core Banking projects
- Troubleshoot and debug Finacle application issues
- Customize menus, products, and services using Finacle Workbench
- Collaborate with business teams for smooth operations
- Liaise with vendors for updates, patches, and enhancements
Salary / CTC Details
- Initial CTC: ₹14.68 LPA (for 2 years’ experience)
- Pay Structure: 80% fixed + 20% variable (based on performance)
- Contract Tenure: 3 years (extendable by 2 years based on performance)
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on Graduation/Post-Graduation percentage
- 1:10 ratio shortlisting for Interview (i.e., 60 candidates for 6 posts)
- Personal Interview at EXIM Bank offices (Mumbai/Delhi)
