SIDBI Recruitment 2025 – Overview

The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has officially released the SIDBI Grade A & B Recruitment 2025 Notification under Advt. No. 03/Grade ‘A’ and ‘B’/2025-26. The recruitment is for 76 officer-level posts in General, Legal, and IT streams.

Eligible candidates can apply online from July 14, 2025 to August 11, 2025 on www.sidbi.in. The selection process will consist of three phases – Prelims (Phase I), Mains (Phase II), and Interview (Phase III).

SIDBI Vacancy 2025 Details

Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ (General Stream)

  • Total Vacancies: 50
  • Salary: ₹1,00,000 approx/month
  • Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
  • Education: Graduation in relevant disciplines / MBA / CA / CFA
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years (waived for some qualifications)

Manager Grade ‘B’

  • Paper II: Stream-specific (Legal/IT/MSME topics)

Phase III – Interview (100 Marks)

  • Psychometric Test (Post-Phase II)
  • Final merit based on Mains + Interview
