The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the SSC JE 2025 Notification on 30th June 2025. A total of 1340 vacancies have been announced for the post of Junior Engineer (JE) in Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical disciplines across various departments of the Government of India.

SSC JE Salary 2025
All JE posts are classified under Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) with Level 6 Pay Matrix (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400) as per the 7th CPC.

The selection will be done in three stages:

- General Awareness: 50 marks
